Various hospitality roles (experienced) at amusement park Sydney

For the biggest amusement park in Sydney we are looking for experienced hospitality people.

There will be interviews held on March 10th.

Positions:

WAIT/BAR and FLOOR STAFF

We require passionate Hospitality experts with 3+ years of bar and/or waiter experience, who have a service-first attitude and are committed to providing exceptional and memorable dining experiences.

Mixing popular cocktails, popping corks behind the bar, or delivering our restaurant’s 5 star a la carte menu options to our guests. You could also be delivering polished service to our guests at our award-winning Ferris Wheel dining experience season, an experience you will not find anywhere else in Australia!

Ala Carte Restaurant Wait, Bar and Floor Service Staff must be seasoned professionals, having held similar positions in reputable restaurants.

F&B ATTENDANTS and GRILL COOKS

Serving up everything in our Retail outlets - from delicious fun park favorites including burgers, pizzas & salads, learning the art of ice-cream service to fairy floss spinning, coffee service, at times you may be behind the bar for special events mixing our guests favorite beverages.
You will assist in the efficient operation of our bistro, ice-cream parlor and fast food outlets in the park in the positions of Retail Short Order Cooks, Grill/Fryer Cooks, Baristas, Bar staff, Food Attendants & Cashiers.

 

YOU must:
 Be well presented, with a vibrant, fun-loving personality and a smile as big as our trademark face.
 You must be able to speak and understand both written and verbal instructions in English. These positions have direct guest contact and require the ability to fluently converse in English.
 Have permission to work in Australia. Visa candidates are welcome, but must bring proof of work entitlements (e.g. a copy of your passport and visa).
 Be available to start work immediately, to work a variety of shifts during our operational hours including Friday, Saturday and Sundays morning and evening shifts. From December, there will be an expectation to work increased hours across 7 days (including nights and weekends).
 Have a current NSW RSA competency card.

 

The audition/interview are on: Friday 10th March at 6pm and 7.30pm.

What do I need to bring on the day?
 Copy of photo identification, either a passport OR drivers licence. You must bring an original birth certificate (& copy to give to us) if you are using a drivers licence as proof of your identification.
 If you are not an Australian resident; you must bring your passport (and a copy of your passport to give to us).
 A copy of your resume.
 A copy of your NSW RSA Certificate/Card
 Any hospitality certificates you hold.
 Your personality!
