Day 1 : MELBOURNE TO PORT CAMPBELL VIA THE GREAT OCEAN ROAD.

It’s not called the 'Great' Ocean Road for nothing! Get snappy over the 12 Apostles before chilling out tonight with your new trip buddies.

Day 2 : PORT CAMPBELL TO GRAMPIANS NATIONAL PARK.

From one natural wonder to another, we’ll explore the 167,000 hectares of The Grampians. Meet the traditional landowners, hear their Dreamtime stories and paint your own story on a boomerang.

Day 3 : GRAMPIANS NATIONAL PARK TO MOUNT GAMBIER.

Next up: MacKenzie Falls, the largest waterfall in Victoria. Tonight get a slice of history as you catch some shut eye in Old Mount Gambier Gaol.

Day 4 : MOUNT GAMBIER TO ADELAIDE.

Check out the Blue Lake and Umpherston Sinkhole before stopping off at Wynn’s Coonawarra vineyard. Then, we kick on to Adelaide.

Day 5 : ADELAIDE

You’ve made it to the City of Churches. You could join the optional day trip to the Barossa Valley for more wine or if you want to spot wildlife, there’s the day trip to Kangaroo Island. Learn about the birds and the bees... and some of the other 46 endemic species.

Day 6 : ADELAIDE TO FLINDERS RANGES.

On our way to the Clare Valley, we'll stop at the Barossa Reservoir Whispering Wall, before hitting a pub for dinner and a schooner or two.

Day 7 : FLINDERS RANGES.

Flinders Ranges National Park has everything, from mountains to gorges and creeks to rivers. Take a hike at Wilpena Pound – a natural amphitheatre about three times the size of Uluru.

Day 8 : FLINDERS RANGES TO COOBER PEDY.

Destination: Coober Pedy. Where locals live in homes carved deep underground to escape the heat. A mine tour and a visit to a kangaroo orphanage are on the cards today.

Day 9 : COOBER PEDY TO ALICE SPRINGS.

Cross Moon Plain like a fleeing Mad Max or glammedup Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Just remember to close the gate on 5,614 kms of dingo fence.

Day 10 : ALICE SPRINGS TO ULURU-KATA TJUTA NATIONAL PARK.

It's off to Uluru in the afternoon for a guided walking tour and a glass of bubbles as the glow of the sunset morphs through 50 shades of red, pink, purple and blue. This’ll be a sunset you won’t forget. Tonight, it’s BBQ time.

Day 11 : ULURU-KATA TJUTA NATIONAL PARK.

What’s more amazing than sunset at Uluru? Sunrise. Time for a walk. Then get your adventure on with an optional scenic flight or skydive

Day 12 : ULURU-KATA TJUTA NATIONAL PARK TO KINGS CANYON.

Dust off those walking boots as we take on Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) with a hike through the ‘Valley of the Winds’. Tonight we sleep in swags. Best zip up tight!

Day 13 : KINGS CANYON TO ALICE SPRINGS

The Kings Canyon Rim Walk is the real deal and the ultimate way to check out the most famous canyon in Oz. But that's not even the best part. The sheltered valley and waterhole of the Garden of Eden make today extra awesome.

Day 14 : ALICE SPRINGS.

This morning, we venture through the stunning West MacDonnell Ranges. Later, it’s back to Alice Springs to explore. Optionals include the Reptile Centre, Kangaroo Sanctuary and Desert Park. Afterwards, say your farewells to your travel mates and get planning the next adventure.
