Pick up your van in Hobart, stock up at Salamanca Market if it is Saturday, then head up the east coast through Orford and Swansea to Coles Bay. Salamanca Market on Saturday is a good start. The east coast drive passes Spiky Bridge and Orford. Stop at Swansea for lunch.
